Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers will be performing in Branson MO at the Dick Clarks Theater several times in 2016. Over 50 years, Larry, Steve, and Rudy Gatlin started singing in their little hometown of Abilene, Texas, and from there made Country music history. Over the course of a four-decade career they played stages in Texas to stages in the White House to Broadway. They landed Grammy Awards and soared to the top of the Country music charts. Reviews say, "There's no harmony quite as pure as family harmony."

 

Throughout the 70's and 80's, the Gatlin Brothers lit up major marquees and packed concert halls across America. Larry Gatlin has written songs recorded by Kris Kristofferson, Tom Jones, and even Elvis Presley. Both him and the Gatlin Brothers have enjoyed more than a dozen Top 40 hits, including Houston (Means That I’m One Day Closer To You), Talkin’ To The Moon, Denver, and Midnight Choir (Mogen David). Larry Gatlin appeared in the lead role in the Broadway musical The Will Rogers Follies. In 1993, the group opened their own theater in Branson MO, where they began performing regularly. This year they’ll be playing in Branson MO at the Dick Clark Theater. They’ve also sang frequently in Las Vegas.
