ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins April 26th, 2018 at 12:01 AM CST and ends April 26th, 2019 at 11:59 PM CST. To enter, eligible participants must submit an official entry form online with completed contact information or email a handwritten entry to bransonvacationandtourism@gmail.com .
ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents age 25 or older. Entries must be complete to be eligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and where state licensing and/or registration requirements have not been met. Terina Marketing LLC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. 3 days and 2 nights lodging at your choice of sponsor selected locations inside the continental United States. (Value not to exceed $300.00 in lodging), for two adults and up to two children, $250.00 spending money. Approximate retail value per Grand Prize is $650. Cash Prize is payable by check. Prize is non- transferable. Grand prize is subject to availability and subject to change at the Sponsor’s discretion. Travel costs and incidentals are the responsibility of winner. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
WINNING: Winner is guaranteed to be chosen by random drawing. One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsors on or before January 31,2019, at Sponsor's corporate address above, if delayed by weather the next day sponsor is open. Winner need not be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by traceable method of delivery, return receipt requested. The selected prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, it will be awarded in a subsequent random drawing. If prize is unclaimed by second winner it will remain unawarded. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize. Travel costs and incidentals are the responsibility of the winner. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsors for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received, or 1 in 10,000.

Resort Closing Services is contracted as a third-party entity to host this promotion online. Entrants agree to be contacted by telephone (including wireless numbers if provided), email or regular mail for the purpose of promoting the sales of timeshare intervals and/or vacation packages. Entrant acknowledges that participation in this promotion supersedes any in-house, state, or federal no call list. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries.
