This is a high energy Branson MO 1950s music show taking you on a continuous musical drive through this great decade of our dance and music history. You’ve seen the Reminisce The Fabulous Fifties cast performing together with 50s at the Hop, and now they have re-united in this 50’s Rock Roll and Reminisce performance. For 2016 they’ve already garnered outstanding reviews from critics and crowds.

 

In the First World, rock and roll, pop, blues, swing, country and rockabilly dominated and defined 1950s music. Rock and Roll dominated popular music and the musical style originated and evolved in the United States during this decade, and quickly spread to much of the rest of the world. Classic Pop dominated charts for the beginning of the era. Vocal driven classic pop replaced big band and swing at the end of World War II. It often accompanied orchestras to back the vocalists. Join Dave Sanders and Shane Vorhaben of the Good Ole Boys, along with the beautiful Heather Gentry, and an award winning band as they take you back to the days of the “Hop.” Sing along at God and Country Theater as they pay tribute to artists like Roy Orbison, the Everly Brothers, Sam Cooke, Elvis and many more. You sang and danced in 50s at the Hop, now you'll do it again!
